Command video

Every source keeps its seat

In a command center, position is meaning. Tessavox lets you pin the map, the drone feed and the commander to fixed places on the video wall — no speaker switching, no shuffling gallery — and applies the layout automatically when the meeting starts.

Locked layouts

Plan the wall once. It is there every time.

Conventional meeting tools rearrange video by who is speaking. Operations rooms, training rooms and courtrooms need the opposite: everyone in a known place.

1

Choose a layout

Start from 11+ built-in templates or a custom layout designed for your room and screens.

2

Assign the seats

When scheduling a meeting, drag people, the TAK map, drones or radios onto the seats where they belong.

3

Start the meeting

The layout is applied as participants join. A drone that goes live lands in its reserved seat — no operator needed.

4

It stays put

Positions do not change with the active speaker. Reconnects return to the same seat.

In the room

Everything a moderator needs, nothing they have to fight

Participant roster

See who is in the meeting and who has not joined yet. Phone and radio participants are marked with their own icons.

Moderator controls

Mute, turn off video, remove for ten minutes, mute everyone, or ring an invitee again — from the browser or desktop app.

Four kinds of rooms

Fixed rooms, scheduled meetings with a dynamic number, personal meeting rooms, and dedicated drone rooms.

Dial in from anything

Built-in dial pad in every client. IP phones, mobile SIP apps and external callers on a trunk can join by room number.

Chat, notices and marquee

In-meeting chat, a notification center and a scrolling marquee with a request → approve → live flow for operational notices.

Live captions

Chinese–English captions and translated voice, per participant, processed on your server. More →

Layouts for every sector

One engine, many rooms

Each scenario maps to a layout template. System integrators can design sector-specific layouts for their customers.

  • Command center: map top-left, drone top-right, staff officers along the bottom
  • Medical teaching: surgeon full-size, endoscope and anesthesia monitors fixed, observers in small tiles
  • Remote hearings: judge's bench large, witness, counsel and courtroom view in fixed positions
